So Far, So Good!

A couple of days ago, I posted about wanting to lose weight. Even though it's only been two day, I'm proud to say that I've already lost two pounds!

I've been watching what I eat, which includes not eating anything between meals, and taking a walk every day. Thankfully, the weather has been cooperating!

I'm really excited, and feeling better already. Just getting this old body moving has at least gotten me in a better frame of mind. There's just something about exercise that makes a person feel better, mentally and physically!
