Yoga?

In my infinite search for weight loss and well-being, I'm wondering if yoga might contribute to the cause. I've never even done it before, but people say they feel so much more relaxed and in tune when they do it. They say it helps with weight loss, too, which for me, is the main goal.

Of course, then I'd have to buy some of those funky yoga socks with the individual toes and non-slip grips on the bottom, but that's okay. Those are cool. Hell, I'd probably wear them just because, yoga or not.

What do you think? Anyone do yoga? What does it do for you?
