Colon Cleansing At Its Best

In an effort to lose weight and get healthier, I've been considering colon cleansing. It's supposed to give you more energy and make you lose weight, but I'm not sure. The whole thing sounds kind of........what's the word I'm look for?

Gross?

I mean, colon cleansing is just a nice way of saying "clean the poop right out of ya," isn't it? All the bad, unhealthy stuff that's clogging up your system has to come out in the end, pun intended.

So, I've been reading up on the subject and ran across the cleansonix reviews. Pretty interesting stuff, if you're into that sort of thing.

The jury is still out on this one, so I think I'll just pass the colon cleanse for now.
