Hooray For Tax Returns

Taxes are done, and our refund has been deposited in our account. Now what? What wonderful, otherwise unattainable luxury should we spend it on? I suppose we could pay bills with it. That would be the smart thing to do, the responsible thing to do. But, where's the fun in that?

I was thinking a new big screen LCD TV and a blu ray home theatre system. Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I mean, the 32" old fashioned boob tube we have now still works fine and all, but it's very difficult for me to see, and most times, I just don't watch TV at all. But, a 60" LCD TV. Now there's something I could see, and surround sound to boot? Yeah, baby.

Now, to convince Mike. I think I'll use the football-on-the-big-screen-is-better argument. That should get him.
