Estelle Getty Dead At 84

Estelle Getty, "Sophia" on "The Golden Girls", died this morning at the age of 84. The actress suffered from advanced dementia.

I am really saddened by this. I absolutely love "The Golden Girls" and Sophia was my favorite character. I loved the way she'd tell it like it was, and didn't hold back.

Great show. Great character. Great lady. She will surely be missed. RIP, Estelle.
