I Have Had It!

With this Wisconsin weather, that is. We had winter, for what seemed like forever this year, and now, it's rain. Rain every single day, for a week now. And I'm not just talking about a shower here and there. I'm talking, torrential rains, thunder, lightning, high winds, and tornadoes.

My basement is flooded. Not flooded to the point of damage, but flooded enough that I have to walk through water to do laundry. And that ticks me off.

My garden is overgrowing with weeds because I can't get out there to pull them. Today it isn't raining (for a change) but the mosquitoes are so bad in the garden, I swear they want to carry me away! There are so many, I'm afraid they will suck me dry!

I just looked at the forecast for the next week, and guess what? More rain. Every day, rain. Rain. Rain. Rain!
