Since starting my diet, I'll admit I haven't been as dedicated as I could be. It's hard to go from eating whenever you want, whatever you want, to limiting yourself to meals, and meals only. It's a big adjustment, but for the most part, I've managed to stick to it.
There are times, though, that I get so hungry between lunch and supper. My energy levels drop, and I could just lay down and take a nap. Like I said, it's tough. Sometimes I'll grab something small to eat just to tide me over, but then I feel guilty about the extra calories I'm consuming. Just because it's small, doesn't mean it's healthy.
