Food For The Skin

I've been doing some research on the Internet about natural/healthy products for the face. Even at 36 years of age, I still suffer from oily skin and acne. Everything I've tried (that I could afford) has failed to provide that beautiful skin I've always wanted.

I've found some really great recipes for toners, masks, and moisturizers that, after just a week, have really helped my skin. It's cleared up, become softer, and looks younger already! I'm pretty excited!

Once a week I use a sugar/olive oil scrub as an exfoliant. Once a week I apply a honey mask. And for every day usage, I use a gentle cleanser (bought at the store), and then follow up with a green tea toner and a milk/egg yolk moisturizer. My skin has never looked this good!

An added bonus to the better looking skin is I'm saving money! These homemade products cost me a fraction of what those store bought skin care products cost. It's a win-win situation!

Who know that putting food ON your face, rather than in it, could be so beneficial?!
