Rascal and Bugsy

Shih-tzu's are not smart. This is Rascal. He's a 2 year old shih-tzu who has a fascination with Bugsy, Rebecca's guinea pig. Rascal has launched himself at the aquarium where Bugsy resides three times now since Bugsy moved in three days ago. He throws himself at the cage, smashing into it face-first, before hitting the floor. He sits at the cage all day and barks. Bugsy is not impressed.
